Edroy’s journey into this work began long before the company existed. Growing up on the island of St. Vincent, he was surrounded by entrepreneurship. Both of his parents operated small businesses, and through them he learned early lessons about discipline, dedication, and taking pride in the work you do. Those values continue to shape the way we approach both business and service today.

Later, while living and working in Anguilla, Edroy had the opportunity to work on private luxury villas and well-known resorts across the island. In those environments, the standards were exceptionally high. Landscapes, pathways, and outdoor spaces had to be maintained with precision and care to meet the expectations of guests and property owners from around the world. It was there that a deep appreciation for detail, consistency, and professional property care truly developed.

After moving to Canada, Edroy continued working within the landscaping industry, gaining experience with property maintenance in a very different climate and environment. Over time, it became clear that the values we believed in reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail could form the foundation of something of our own.

Together, we founded Prestige Grounds Crew with the goal of building a company rooted in those principles. What began as a vision has grown into a business dedicated to maintaining properties with care, consistency, and pride.

Today, every property we service reflects those same standards. Whether maintaining residential landscapes, commercial properties, or condominium communities, the focus remains the same: dependable service, careful workmanship, and outdoor spaces that are maintained the right way.
